[0.15] Sound disabled post tutorial

Hi All,

I was testing the train tutorial system, and decided to quit early before finishing the tutorial. When I returned to the main game the sound was not on / disabled.

I checked the settings, everything seemed normal. I saved my game and then reloaded that save and the sound returned.

**Edit to add : I was in the basic trains and rail building tutorial, I was at the ghosting stage with the round loop when I decided to quit and return to the current active game.

Аналогично пропадает звук из основной игры после учебников. В самих учебниках он возвращается. Выход в меню проблему решает.

Similarly, the sound disappears from the main game after the textbooks. In the textbooks he returns. Exit the menu problem solves.
