Blueprint Disposal

If you grab a blueprint from the library, it creates a blank blueprint, if you try to drop it on the library, it says "Exploring empty blueprint makes no sense". Aside from my not being entirely sure if that is gramatically correct, I think if you do that it should delete the blank blueprint. its free after all, so why not let us get rid of them?.
