Big issue! Cant connect because i have 2 IPs

Hi,
i use 2 internet connections and i would like to join arumbas live twitch event...

But i cant join, the problem is that the server is overwhelmed and loose connection, if the connection gets lost, he reconnect, but this time he probably has another IP, and i get dropped because i try to load under a different ip...

Could you please allow atleast 2 different IP address to download the map...?

My Load Balancer wont chance IPs during transfer, but the porblem is the transfer is not completed and factorio starts another transfer, which then gets load balancer over different ip.

I dont think its any problem to allow map transfer to different IP Adresses...

On livestream i can see the error "nuhll was dropped because he uses differnt ip" or something like this... really anooying and i dont think its neccessary.

Another problem, even after i unplugged 1 IP i could not load the whole map, it starts to download till 2 mb, stops (reconnecting) downloads till 3 mb (reconnects) and so on, but the "you get dropped from the server" still fills up. Its impossible to download a map on factorio if you have LTE, thats sad.

1.) Please add the possibility to download maps from different ips, if connection drops
2.) Please add the possibility for LTE users to download map (bigger "you get droped" timer or reset it when you were able to reconnect and downloaded some mb)
