Version tested: 0.15.0
OS: Windows 10 x64

Steps to repro:

Create new game
Enter first tutorial
Lock your computer
Unlock
Exit tutorial

This issue does resolve itself when you save and reload.

I've attached my factorio-current.log. The external device resets are caused by me locking and unlocking.

Should be fixed in 0.15.2

At the same time, some tiles are not restored:

It does recover if you e.g. maximise the window.

I was trying to mess with the game window while switching to tutorial or back and couldn't reproduce it. I have no idea what is causing this to happen to you. I am sorry.

Thanks for the report. I was able to reproduce the problem and it should be fixed for 0.16.
