0.15 max threads option go away?

hello

i wonder that the "max threads option" (other settings) is gone. it is no more possible to set the maximum of cpu threads to use? this was important for be because i´m using a complete passive system and more than 3 cores/threads -> temp gets too high.

p.s. what means the new option "max render threads" in the "graphics" section?
