[REQUEST]Combine overwatch voice/ai mod

A really cool mod to add in the combine overwatch ai from half life 2. For anyone confused, the overwatch ai is the lady voice that says things like: "Attention please. Unidentified person of interest, confirm your civil status with local protection team immediately." and "Priority warning, perimeter restrictors disengaged. All stabilization delegates move to incursion hard points immediately."

It would be pretty cool having the combine overwatch voice (or a similar voice, closer to factorios theme? though i think the cold clinical nature of the voice fits factorio rather well.) comment on biter activity or the deployment of construction robots. Perhaps as an item you build and connect to the logistic network. Maybe even to serve as the commander for automated security bots?
