[14.22] Desync with mods

Desyncs in modded game will be ignored most of the time, until it is clearly proven that the desync is not caused by scripting.

Whats happening, sometimes I get the desync when placing a blueprint with rotated inserters, but sometimes it's completly random.

Read the FAQ, post the desync-report from the location mentioned there and post the .ziped mod-folder.

I am uploading the reports and the mod folder to google drive. (Takes about 20minutes as of now)

AFAIK there is a known desync on blueprints that contain inserters with custom position settings - they will desync when placed with rotation or something similar.
It's already fixed for 0.15.
