When you're copy-pasting settings it'd be nice to get feedback when the paste takes, how about displaying the hover border in white when the settings match?
hunh. I'd swear there used to be a description available on profiles. "quyxkh" is a made-up word for fun, pronounced a lot like "cook".

And I point to what I've said there: What's really needed is mass copy/paste. Copy setting. Select targets with a lasso. Paste.

Nope, need a selection mechanic. I don't know about you, but I am terrible at moving my cursor in an x/y direction so the "feature" shown in the image will cause me more often than not to paste the wrong object. I agree with Sslik, a click & drag lasso system would be better in the same way a rail planner is better.
