As the headline says - on the current Mac version the keybihdiung to "next blueprint" "SHIFT - Mouse wheel up" or any other keybinding set is broken.
No matter what keybinding one may use instead.

Click the "reset" button to reset the controls.
Macs apparently can't handle simple key combinations so it had to be changed to something else.
