So, I've been playing around in my SP world, and I've noticed something odd. Every item in flight counts against the total number of that item. Not in that it doesn't count towards it, but it counts against it too.
For instance, I have 500 Iron plates. 10 get picked up to be carried off. My logistics systems now shows me as having 480 plates, until those 10 are deposited in their non-logistics destination, and then it goes back up to the correct 490.
Apologies if this isn't a bug (or is already reported), I looked around, and didn't see anything about this.
If this *is* intended behavior, why? This doesn't make intuitive sense to me.
Edit: clarification
Logistic storage item counts incorrect
Re: Logistic storage item counts incorrect
It's intended behavior. The count changes because as soon as a robot schedules to pick something up it's no longer available for any other robot to use. The other robots need to know that the network or a given chest won't have those items because some other robot is going to take them.
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.
Re: Logistic storage item counts incorrect
Could not reproduce. I start with 500 plates, request 10, and the logistic system storage immediately updates to 490.fwyrl wrote:For instance, I have 500 Iron plates. 10 get picked up to be carried off.
