I noticed since upgrading my iron smelting lines that at odd times pieces of steel are showing up in the output line (see included screenshot below). I traced it back to an electric furnace, deleted the furnace and recreated it, but the incident is still occurring.
I'm still new to the game and have been trying different factory setups but this has me totally bugged. Any help would be appreciated.
