[0.14.22] Server not responding... All times

Hello every body,

After a lot of investigation I didn't find the solution on this problem.

Context
- I have a personnal server on the cloud (Nitrado) with 2Go RAM.
- Only 3 persons play on my server (me and 2 friends, not together all the time)
- every 2min I have the message that appears : "Server Not Responding"
- I have 100Mbits connection (fiber) download and 5Mbits upload and 13ms ping
- My friends the same internet configuration as mine.

Questions
- What I need to do to suppress this message when playing ???
- Need I custom my "server-settings.json" file ? The only change I made is :
"minimum_latency_in_ticks": 10, (or I try 0) but same...
