Recommended Server Mods (Needs to get pinned)

I want to have a post that list all the mods that would help an admin with his/her server. I don't know all their names that's where you come in. I've looked at the portal and also in the game itself. Most are just tweaks to the game not much for helping an admin manage his server.

Here's some that top my list
1. Tombstone (Different authors but it all does the same thing saves your stuff when you die)
2. I don't know the name. But it gives verbose output in chat of what people are doing. Helpful for anti-griefing. I've seen it say "player X modified train schedule. Or my favorite "player x used deconstructor"
