Alerts for deadlocked trains?

Hey,someday i seen a video in which the game had alerts if the train entered a deadlock. Messages like "Train didnt move for 2 minutes" etcetc. I still havent found how this is done. Anyone know?

And ask such questions in gameplay help, where this is moved to now.
