Game starts but won't let me enter a world

I can load up the game, change settings, then begin to start a new game however upon clicking "Generate" I get the error: "copy_file(p1, p2, options): invalid arguments: operation not permitted"
This error causes the game to immediately crash after clicking out of the error window.
The log file is attached, thank you and any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: The only mod installed is the Long Reach mod.

Hi, hit Win+R, type %APPDATA%\Factorio and hit Enter. It should open file explorer which should contain folders "config", "mods", "saves" and "temp". Try to delete the "temp" folder.
