I was originally trying to get all achievements by myself but whenever I joined this server it gave me the majority of achievements. I basically spoiled the game on accident, can someone please repeal my achievements?

Go to %appdata%/Factorio and delete achievements.dat

If you play vanilla game you can't no longer remove them as the in-game achievement sync with steam achievement.

To be able to start fresh simply install a mod, it'll store the in-game achievement into a different file. Because once you install a mod you can no longer get steam achievement and they didn't sync.

achievements.dat = vanilla / steam sync
achievements-modded.dat = modded game / not steam sync

Delete achievements-modded.dat to start fresh.
