Personal roboports in sandbox/god mode?

Hi, been happily creating my factory in sandbox mode as I hate trying to navigate round everything and keep getting stuck.

I have just researched power armor MK2 and inserted a reactor and personal roboports x 2

I have construction robots in inventory but they will not do anything

Can't equip power armor because obviously don't have a character?

How do I get them working in God mode?

Afaik due to lack of character they simply won't work.
You could get a mod with car mounted one and try that but not sure if oyu can drive car in god mode.

You can. After placing the car (or any other vehicle) down just hover over it with the mouse and press Enter.

Hmm looks interesting but when installing it says incompatible with current version
