[14.20] Can not move SW or SE using WASD keys. [Not a bug, Keyboard failure]

I can still move NE by pressing the W & D keys
I can still move NW by pressing the A & W keys

But pressing A & S at the same time to move SW, or pressing S & D at the same time to move SE and I dont move.

If I press one of them (A, S, or D) and start moving in that direction, then press one of the others to move in the SW or SE direction, its ignored, I continue in the original direction.

All the other 6 compass directions (N S E W NE NW) work perfectly with the appropriate keys pressed.

Tried disabling all mods, Problem still exhists. Tried remapping the WASD Keys to arrow keys, Problem gone. Tried remapping to IJKL, Problem Gone. Remapped back to WASD. Problem back.

If you remove the mods (just rename the folder), does it work then?
What version?
What OS?

Well the version is 14.20 obviously.
OS is Win 8.1

Removing all mods did not fix the problem, and remapping worked with other keys but not when returned to WASD.

Discovered that Kerbal Space Program ALSO has the same problem now when I ran it.

Ran a keyboard testing program and it appears the keyboard will not recognize when A & S or S & D when pressed at the same time. (Says no key pressed)
It WILL recognize AW, AD, WD, AD, & WS. (and indicate 2 keys pressed)

So it looks like a Hardware problem. But this must be a recient failure, as I am sure I would have noticed it when playing KSP or Factorio. But it has been a few weeks since I played either of them so I dont know when it started.

So it looks like its NOT a Factorio Bug.

[EDIT: looks like I cant press ZX OR XC at the same time also] {or SHIFT-W] So its definitely a keyboard problem.
