[14.21] Crash on: "d3d_reset_state"

[14.21] Crash on: "d3d_reset_state"

I've tried logging in a few times today. It errors out. It worked fine before the latest update. Below is the contents of the log file. FYI, this is running on display 3 - nvidia GeForce GTX 910 - it looks like the logs may be saying display 1, if I am reding it correctly.
