[0.14.19-20] Multiplayer Spacebar Lag

Okay, this just started happening today and I'm not exactly sure why. I've searched the forums and known bugs and couldn't find anything like this. Whenever I join a server and I'm moving, if I press space or C to shoot something, I lag and rubber-band to a new spot. It did not do this last week or even a couple days ago. It's hard to explain, so I recorded a short video and linked it below. Whenever my character starts moving quickly or jumping around is when I'm letting go of spacebar or C. Something similar also happens with in vehicles.

This happens on every server I connect to, even if it's LAN. It doesn't happen when I'm a host or in single player. It's happening to two of my friends as well (one of which is on the same LAN as me, which makes me think it's not a latency issue). I've uninstalled the game, removed the factorio folder in appdata, made new maps, removed steam cloud, changed all the multiplayer options I can see, and have tried 0.14.18-20 to no avail. I'm not sure whats causing this and whenever I ask on a public server, people just say it's "on purpose" or "combat mode" but it was not glitchy like this before for myself or the people I've played with. To clarify, when I play on LAN with my house mates we experience the same issue.

I just bought the game about a week ago and have had zero problems until today. I've also read through https://www.factorio.com/blog/post/fff-83 but it seems out of date. I don't see any latency related options anywhere.

So.... It's not a bug? I don't get why it would just start doing this though.

How do I minimize this rubber banding effect? It makes the game nearly unplayable in multiplayer for me.
