[0.14.20] headless server allow-commands disapeared

Seems the "allow-commands" option disapeared from headless server... Did not notice anything related to this on version/history log... did I miss something?
Also reproductible on 0.14.19...

In 0.14.12 ( 33591 ) most of the headless server related settings were moved from command line parameters to server-settings.json
