command chat with spanish keyboard?

Some time ago, I noticed that when pressing ñ (a special spanish character), a chat is opened, and I can type lua commands in it, that helped me A L OT debugging my mod, because I was able to print the values of the variables in-game, without editing code.

Is that something that shouldnt be there??
can normal keyboards users access that chat??
if it shouldnt be there, please keep it, it helps a lot

We have kept it around on purpose for now. It can be super useful for all sorts of things. Yes it is accessible to anyone (not just a spanish keyboard layout). We will for sure restrict it in some cases (like multiplayer - if we get to do it).
