"Failed to determine external IP address"

Hi there!

So basically my wifi decided to implode last week, and there's no way to fix it any time soon. Since then, I've been using my phone's personal hospot feature to connect my laptop to the internet (essentially running off data). Unfortunately, when trying to connect to factorio multiplayer with this setup, it tells me that it "Failed to determine external IP address", and means I can't join other servers, or create my own.

Any solutions for this? I know my IP with this setup, if that helps. Is there a way to manually enter your IP?
