Recursive Technology Prerequisites Detected

I am having this crash problem on game version of 0.14.17.This crash is caused by mod 'Andrew's Library'. I removed this mod and the game runs fine. However Andrew's Library is the core of Andrew's mod group and I don't want to miss it. Does any one have the same problem with me and maybe you have a solution to this? Thx
