After playing the game for some time, I realized one thing; oil demand can get pretty nasty. Oil can be used for solid fuel, flamethrowers, the ultra-powerful flamethrower turrets, etc. What if you can't find any? Well, this mod that I made will take care of that.

Long Description

Ever wanted to make synthetic oil? Well now you can!
You can now make petroleum gas from bio-fuel and coal into heavy oil.
Using this mod, you turn water into hydrogen, then use that hydrogen with wood to make petroleum gas and hydrogen with coal to make heavy oil.
As is, 10 wood, 10 hydrogen makes 5 petrol gas. 10 coal, 10 hydrogen makes 5 heavy oil.

Perhaps you're wondering "How does this balance with solid fuel"? Here's the answer; you get 15% more energy from turning coal into heavy oil, then into light oil, then the light oil into solid fuel. Not so easy to set up, but I made a fairly good setup when I worked with it.

Wood+hydrogen=petrol gas was suggested by ";" on Steam. Their name has a bunch of special characters, but I can make out a ";" in their name, so that works.
Coal to oil synthesis was "my" idea inspired by the coal-oil synthesis in the Supreme Ruler series.
