Email Confirmation

I have been waiting for my email confirmation to send so that I can create a new account and then upgrade it to play factorio. I have asked for more to be sent but nothing I do gets me the email. Ive checked for spelling and everything, My email still gets mail. Is the factorio team busy to where I wont get an email?

Have you checked your 'spam' or 'junk' folder in case it ended up there (or if you have filters set up maybe the trash...but that seems less likely than spam)?

nope. not in the junk mail. nor in old mail. no new mails..im suprised this forum sent me the confirmation first before the game did

Hm... it should be automated (I seriously doubt the devs are hand typing replies to purchases ). Maybe trying sending an email to support@factorio.com?
edit: the support may well be done by hand so you could have a wait...but if the email server is failing to send for some reason then support would likely give a response before the server

yup. sent an email to the support and factorio@factoriocom. nothin yet but fingers crossed

well. what happened was they are having trouble with aol accounts sending emails and also with the abundance of buyers. so they manualy activated my account

well ya..that guy did it and thank you again! but if your seeing this can you also check my other post on the forums? the only mod pack for this game has something wrong with it
