Cannot load save 14.14

The game crashed and asked me to post this.

I have attached my 100+ rocket per minute save game that I can no longer open in version 14.14. I choose the save, the green bar progresses all the way to the right, and then the game just hangs with a full progress bar with ~30% cpu usage indefinitely. When I right clicked the game's icon and chose 'Close', it gave this error. I waited many minutes.

I loaded your save without any mods and it loaded instantly with no delay what so ever.

Is there something else I'm meat to do to reproduce the freeze?

I apologize, I should have tried the game without any mods before posting. I've isolated the issue to the Launch Control mod. Toggling that one mod off resolves the issue. Feel free to delete this thread.
