32 bit LAN

Hi guys,

Completely understand the focus on 64 bit, and end of development of the 32 bit version, just one question:

Assuming 32 bit OS (Windows XP), playing in LAN environment, what's the best version of the 32 bit factorio to use?

P.S. completely understand the end of development on 32 bit, not mad, just want to install the best version possible given current OS on LAN setup.

I'd say the last version that supported 32 bits, which is 0.14.9.
If you'd rather play a stable - but far less multiplayer optimized - version, the 0.13.20 will be the good one.

If I had to choose, as it's to play multi, I'd prefer the 0.14.9.

0.14.9 is the last 32-bit version with multiplayer support, 32-bit versions of 0.14.10 and newer only work in singleplayer.
Starting with 0.15 there will only be 64-bit versions available.

To downgrade to 0.14.9 you can download the installer from the website (after installation disable updates) or opt-in to the 0.14.9 beta on Steam. Keep in mind that newer save files won't load in older versions.
