[0.14.13] Research Progress Lost

Here's another weird achievements related problem.

Playing on 0.14.12 (Multiplayer), I achieved the 'Research All Technologies' achievement. Then I updated my server to 0.14.13, and now 'Grenade Damage 6' is unresearched.

Which is a shame, because I tore down all the labs.
Good job I didn't fry all the science packs that were left over.

But this isn't a bug, the grenade damage research is an additional research that was added in the update 0.14.13
