Unable to Log In to Factorio.com Reset not working...

Hello All,
First off brilliant game, Its amazing how simple and complicated it is.

My Problem: I can't seem to log into Factorio.com even after I reset my password. I know my username and have reset my password multiple times to no avail. (enter email on reset password page, it sends reset email, follow link, enter new pass, login=Error password/username don't match)

Normally this is not a problem because I play single player but I got a friend to pick up the game and now we can't play together because I cant log into multiplayer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
