Can't access mod portal

For some reason, I suddenly can't log into the mod portal (either in the game or on the website).

Keeps telling me my password is wrong, which makes no sense as I've downloaded a mod less than 2 hours ago with no problem. Hadn't even closed the game since it restarted after the new mod installed. Not sure why it logged me out, but I now can't get in and can't find a password reset in the mod portal.

I just tried the webpage version again and got the following message:

Is this my system or the mod portal having a problem?
