Desync loop with slow PC or slow internet connection

Hi,
I wonder if there is solution (or will be in future) with connection to server desync issue (version 0.14.x). I found that if you have slow internet connection or slow PC you cant connect to server with big world (saves with 30MB+). If you have slow connection you will desync before you can download or catchup server side and if you have slow PC you will download save but your PC will not be able to catch up server before desync. So in that two cases you will desync and redownload server saves again and again and you will never properly connect.

This is only multiplayer issue because if you try to load big saves in singleplayer there is no issue no matter what PC you have or connection.

Maybe some kind of map loading system like Minecraft have would help to avoid this kind of issues.
