[0.14.6] Inability to research

Description:
It has been observed that the player is unable to research any technology due to all buttons in research window being inactive.

Expected result:
Please make sure buttons in research window are working properly.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch the application
2. Start any game (e.g. Play -> New game -> Generate)
3. Press T button on the keyboard to open research window
4. Try selecting any research or pressing Research button

Observed result:
Buttons in research window are inactive.
