I am making a mod and tested it with my large base. I made several modifications and had to close my defense supply for couple of hours. I used the console to switch the peaceful mode on and killed all existing biters and spitters. But when I had my supply logistics back online and turned peaceful mode off, I got a nasty surprise. They began insane aggression against me. Turrets consumed 18 k bullets in 10 minutes and enemies destroyed many walls and turrets. Bullet consumption before switching was averagely about one third of that and I had never such peaks. I had to switch back to the peaceful because my defenses could not have withstand such attacks very long time.
What happened? Does switching of peaceful mode change some other parameters? I had the biter settings at minimum from beginning of the game. If such a rage continues I can not rely on gun turrets anymore. It becomes impractical, if continuous full line of the turrets is not enough. I also consume almost two full blue belt of copper to make bullets. Maybe I have to make an advanced tier of turrets or bullets into my mod.
Does switching to peaceful mode and back change something?
