Make less-than the default comparison operator

From my own play style, and from watching others on YouTube I observe that pretty much almost all of the time you immediately change the comparison operator on circuit and logistic conditions form the default "grater than" to "less than". I think it would save us all a lot of time if this was already the default, at least for inserters. Or make it an option in the menu similar to defaulting the requester size to 1 instead of a stack.
