Hi,
last night I tried out Factorio for Linux after having played it at a friends on windows. Unfortunately the game crashed minutes into the game when saving and I gave up thinking it wasn't stable on Linux. Sorry for that. Today I noticed my filesystem being full doing something else. Aparently yesterday it had enough space to install Factorio but not enough to save games. I don't have the output from the crash anymore but it should be easy to duplicate. Just fill up the FS after installation to near full and try saving in a fresh game. If not, let me know and I will try to reproduce. I'm going to give the Linux version another try next weekend.
Version: 0.13.1
System: Debian GNU/LInux amd64

Re: [posila] crash while saving when filesystem full
I will look into it, but it is not very high priority right now.
Re: [posila] crash while saving when filesystem full
The same bug was fixed in 0.13.
What happens here?

Re: [posila] crash while saving when filesystem full
The previuos bug is here.
For reproduction purposes, it would be helpful to have the save and to know how much of that save actually got written before it crashed – it is possible that it crashes when writing a specific part of the save.

Re: [posila] crash while saving when filesystem full
If it was fixed in 0.13.12 then it's probably just a duplicate of that and obsolete.

Oh, I haven't paid attention to version ... if you play on 0.13.1, which was one of the first experimental releases of 0.13, please update to stable 0.13 (0.13.20)
