[0.13.18] Construction Robots destroyed placing concrete

Just noticed this today. Construction robots (it seems from roboports and from personal roboport) are destroyed instantly (no explosion) once they place concrete from ghost.

As a result I've lost a few hundred.

NOTE: I am running a few mods, but none that deal with construction bots, ghosting, or concrete

Repro steps:
1) Have concrete, roboport and construction bots
2) lay down an ghost area of concrete
3) robots should leave roboport, and disappear at the point of laying the concrete

It's one of your mods. Specifically the one that allows building water. Update it and it will be fixed.
