[0.13.18 MacOS] Util.cpp:57: API call failed

This happened, when I tried to update mods. Eventually a reason: I switched to the browser and looked for something some minutes.

Should be handled in 13.21 (if it happens) or 14.2 probably. It's a mess with the versions now :D
