[0.9.7] walk through a pipe at assembling machine

It is possible to walk through a pipe connected with the entrance of an assembling machine. That should not be possible, since it doesn't make sense.

When you place down an assembling machine and connect a pipe, you can walk though the pipe next to the machine.

Hello, thank you for the notice, we will fix this in 0.10.x versions as that requires some bigger changes. The bounding box of wall and pipes needs to be adjusted depending on the connections of the entity, so diagonal walls/pipes don't obstruct the walkability, while it isn't possible to walk between individual parts of wall/pipe.

This has been fixed in 0.10.0.
