on the Mac the "shift-left mouse button" won't work on the Mac (trackpad) in the latest Factorio version to build longer rail (ghosts)
Former Factorio reviews could do that
constructing short tracks with rail builder work flawless. In a word - the shift key is not recognized

What version of Factorio does this issue apply to, and compared to what version? Does a USB mouse work?

Sorry having bothered you - after several restarts (and V-sync on) everything works now
