[0.13.9]long hand inserter doesn't work between wagon ends

[0.13.9]long hand inserter doesn't work between wagon ends
Tried to setup 'wagon factory' which utilizes wagon instead of belts, found that long hand inserters doesn't work when placed between 2 wagons facing end to end.

If you are referring to the gap between wagons, this is not a bug.

Try the latest version of Factorio The inserter/train relationship status has been upgraded from "it's complicated" to "working things out"

Should be fixed in 0.13.11.
