[Enhancement] Unlink multiplayer nick from Factorio user

There should be an option to have a multiplayer nickname that is separate from the Factorio username. Currently the only option is under (Options -> Other -> Factorio username), which when changed naturally erases any stored values used with the mod manager.

It was a deliberate development decision to remove that feature.
