[0.13.10] Weird sound sliders

I don't like playing with sound on, I rather listen to my music. But I wanted to hear alerts, so I turned "Alerts volume" to max, master volume to max, and every thing else to nothing. After 6 hours of gameplay I figured: hey I haven't heard any sound at all entire game.

Seems like "Gui effects" needs to be turned up to hear anything about the alerts too.
