[0.13.9] Inserter won't pick up last thing on fast belt

Place for things which are bugs but we have no idea how to solve them. Things related to hardware, libraries, strange setups, etc.

[0.13.9] Inserter won't pick up last thing on fast belt

Inserter in in front of gear assembler won't pick up last two iron plates. See image.

Cannot reproduce, please provide the building sequence and the save file.
