Fish Hatchery

Simply put, this is a fish hatchery. I'm using it in conjunction with the homeworld, but it can go with anything that uses fish. It takes fish and spawns more. It's very basic. The technology research is faster then it will be when I finalize it. Also the graphics are borrowed until I can do my own. If anyone is willing to help with graphics, I'd be more than happy to use them
