Fast Long Inserter >=12x

I created a simple mod that crosses the fast inserter with the long arm inserter. The graphics don't match and are pretty poor, but the entity appears to function. I'll work on the graphics as time goes on, but I wanted to get this going for my own use, and figured someone else may want to use it. Let me know what your thoughts are. Thanks!

Added technology requirement (although very simple right now since it's only 1 inserter as of yet. If you've already started a game with it, you'll still have access to it without the tech.
