Transfer items from trains to ore processing

Hi!
How can i efficiently move items from the train cargo wagons? There is no logistic railway mod (from 0.12), and the loaders are diabled, and i don't know how to enable them. The best solution is really a mod like logistic railway, but i can't find any like this.
