V0.13.8 Multiplayer Stuttering

I had no issues with V0.12.35, and I believe, the same with 0.13.4,
With 0.13.8, however, the game stutters significantly in multiplayer. Also, the framerate is dropped from ~60 to ~30

Using LAN. I tried disabling all the mods, which didn't effect anything.
Both players have no problem when playing solo, or hosting without someone else joining.

I am unsure what information to give, so a screenshot with f5 enabled, and the logfile is included.
