[0.13.8] MP: Game freezes when in chat and someone joins

When as host I try to type message at same time an user leaves the server the entire game is frozen.
I'm no longer able to write anything, no longer able to move or open any window (by clicking on icons or using key bindings)

So far 100% (2/2) reproducible.
