Not directly an mod but a Serverlist

Hi Guys

I got the idea for an Browser based Serverlist trough "https://multiplayer.factorio.com/" because it delivers an Json string and delivers so all server which run with .13.0 or higher

2 Questions to this:
1. Is this even allowed?
I mean to use https://multiplayer.factorio.com/ for such a purpose? dont know for what it is used ;D

2. Would it be used?
i would add filters and the possibility to easyily download all mods for an modded server (download link to the used mods and so on)
just to name 2 ideas would work on more if i know it is allowed to use the api for such things.
